On the following screens we’ll check your camera, microphone, speakers and internet connection to be sure you are ready for your visit.

If you receive a pop-up message, please be sure to allow this test to access your microphone and camera.

Camera Test

For best results, ensure your laptop or mounted camera is on top of a desk or table so that the camera is about eye level. Position yourself so your head and shoulders fill most of the video frame. Ensure nothing is covering your camera, like a lens cover or shutter.

Can you see yourself in the window on the right?

Microphone Test

When you talk, can you see the sound waves move on the panel to the right?

Speaker Test

Ensure your volume is unmuted and turned up.

Click the play button on the right. Did the sound play?

Internet Speed Test

Click on the button on right panel to run internet speed test.

Is your internet download speed (↓) equal to or more than 8Mbps? Refer to the right panel.
